The Above are per hour Employer contributions with the exception of Organizing, Vacation and Check off Dues, which are Employee Paycheck Deductions. (ORG) = $.40, (VAC) = $1.50 and (CHK OFF) = -3% Of GROSS WAGE.

Vacation is only deducted from Apprentices at 75% and above.

No worker shall be paid less than journeyman rate, unless they are indentured into the apprenticeship program.
