Labor Relations

WWCCA acts as a bargaining agent for management in negotiating, interpreting, and servicing the labor agreements.
  • Provides the management manpower for Joint Conference Boards, grievance committees, and other joint boards and trusts which control, enforce, and expand pension, vacation, insurance and apprenticeship trust.
  • Helps settle jurisdictional disputes between unions.
  • Represents the industry by filing wage level standards for public work under the Davis-Bacon Act. Etc.
